I need a diet buddy

Anyone interested?!

I’ve been going to sw but stopped in September after 2 years. I’ve lost 1.5 stone up to now which I’m proud of but have a way to go.

I’m still following sw but without the group as I felt unsupported in the last few months.

I’m aiming for 1.5lb a week up until Christmas which will be 1 stone.

Today:
B - poached egg on toast (HEB)
L - butternut squash soup
D - spag Bol with 40g half fat cheese (HEA)
Syns - 2 Nutella bars (11) 125ml ss milk (3)

Me! I've lost 10lbs at slimming world in 6 weeks but I need a kick up the backside x

Yeah I'm going every Monday although never stay for meetings, I just like the accountability of a weekly weigh in.

Not sure about best tip !

Mayflower curry sauce is low in syns and just like Chinese?

Mayflower is dh’s favourite sw meal!

I’ve been to Iceland this morning to stock up on their sw burgers and cous cous

Days going well so far, ds has suggested we pop to the ice cream parlour this afternoon Though and ice cream is definitely my weakness!

I’ve had 2 syns today and none planned in for tonight so I’m hoping one scoop in a tub will be less than 12 syns

Sounds like you're doing great - I'm not, if there was a private detective following me they'd never guess I was on a diet!!

It's my eldest's 18th today which is going to mean Wagamama for lunch, big Chinese with all the family later, prosecco and cake !

I definitely do! My first thought was 1.5lb s week which gives me a stone by Christmas

I had pizza last night and felt awful and bloated after so I know I need to make these changes.

I’ve planned today
b - Poached egg on toast (B)
L - homemade soup
D - jacket with beans & cheese (A)

No syns in there so I’m having 3 for 3 cups of tea (milk) and no snacks 👍

I know I should have 5 but I need a low day to refocus

Half tempted to go back tonight group but i do think I can do this.

I’m going to start a food plan for next week as Sundays my weigh in morning, also added on a notebook with my Tesco shop and back to doing a food diary

You are sounding very focussed - I think If you continue as you are 1.5lb a week will be no problem!

I had no alcohol last night which is rare for me on a Friday or Saturday- i waste so many syns on wine

I bought a brilliant sw planner from etsy but haven't used if hmm I'll dig that out and join you in keeping a diary x

Definitely in need of a diet buddy! I can't stop eating chocolate. Plan on going to slimming world on Friday to re-join (lost maybe a stone after DS1) as I've not got the willpower to do it on my own. Sounds like you're doing great fraggle!

Hi, I need one too! Lots 12 lbs in first two weeks, then haven’t been back since and eaten like a pig. I have no idea what is wrong with me but maybe a buddy will help and we can keep each other on track. Planning to have a good week and go back next Tuesday (I’ll have missed two weeks).
