Tuesday: chilli
Wednesday: baked potatoes, beans and cheese
Thursday: Cajun Chicken Pasta
Friday: frittata
Saturday: BLT’s
Sunday: Pizza

Monday: Salmon, spuds and veg.
Tuesday: Spag bol
Wednesday: chicken and Artichoke paella
Thursday: probably chilli and rice (1 syn)
Friday: jambalaya (4/5 syns)
Saturday: at in laws, probably a roast
Sunday: sausages, pasta and veg sauce (3 syns)

Mon-melt in middle burgers and sw chips
Tues-calzone&salad (from pinch of nom)
Weds-cottage pie& veg
Thurs-carbonara (not sure of Syns yet)
Fri-chilli&price
Sat-Mediterranean chicken orzo(pinch of nom site)
Sun-toad in hole potatoes and veg not sure of Syns yet!

Hi!, It's my first week (again) hoping for success this time though

Tonight meatballs and pasta
Sat - chicken chowmein
Sunday - camp fire stew (pinch of nom)
Mon- Mediterranean veg risotto
Tues - jacket potatoes
Wed - steak and salad
Thurs - chicken and spinach curry with rice
Friday - gammon poached eggs and sW chips

I have a ham and veggie pasta salad for work this week

@Raisedbyguineapigs I use either kingsmill wholemeal thins, a Weightwatchers wrap, a schar ciabatta or A Bfree wrap. Using my HE Bchoice. I use tomato purée or pasatta, then HE cheese. Mozzarella from the savers range at Morrison’s is 55g and whatever topping.

Another option is Pizza topped chicken. I cut a chicken breast in half and top with pasatta and cheese and mushrooms and onion are lovely too. Serve with sw chips and salad x

I looked at the chicken breast pizza. I was going to try it but ran out of chicken breasts! It might have to wait again, as I bought horrible cherry diet coke by mistake, so Im making diet coke chinese chicken on Monday. My menu is:
Sunday- Roast dinner- beef
Monday- Diet coke chicken and rice
Tuesday- Tuna pasta bake
Wed- Burger and SW chips
Thursday- Meatballs and orzo
Friday- Prawn curry

Beef stew, boiled potatoes and brocolli
Potato and leek soup
Mushroom omelette, fries and salad
Pepperoni pasta bake and salad
Sausages, mash, veg and gravy
Babybel burger, fries and salad

saturday - sw burger, chips and salad using healthy extras
Sunday - sausage casserole, cheesy mash and veg
Mon - thai curry (sw ready meal as workimg late) and brown rice
Tues - chicken skewers, wedges, salad
Wed - stir fry
Thurs - pizza

Wi is on thursday so will meal plan later on for next friday onwards

I use one onion, lots of mushrooms and you can add peppers. Fry up chicken, add in the veg, sprinkle 2 tsp of Cajun spice and mix well. Lower the heat and add in half a tub of Gogo cheddar cheese spread per person. Mix until melted, then add in pasta. I then stir spinach through too.

Lamb, chickpea and spinach
Chicken fajitas
Spaghetti carbonara
Cauliflower macaroni cheese with gammon
Mulligatawny soup
Hunters chicken
Cauliflower pizza

This week was:

Saturday: Prawn stir fry
Sunday: Chicken and mushroom pie with mash
Monday: Chicken and mushroom pie
Tuesday: Spaghetti Bolognese but with cherry tomatoes instead of canned
Wednesday: Spaghetti Bolognese (again)
Thursday: Low fat sausages, beans and something else that's yet to be decided.

We tend to cook double portions every second day.

Loving the ideas here: Going to try the cajun pasta, maybe with some chicken on saturday night! Haven't tried GOGO cheese spread before - can you get it from Tesco? Syn wise I assume there is a portion included in heA?

My menu this week:
Mon: Indian Takeaway - shashlik chicken tomatoes and onion with boiled rice and stirfried spinach
Tues: Chilli stuffed peppers with Mixed Salad
Weds: Beef and Chinese vegetable stir fry
Thurs: Soya burgers, mixed salad and SW chips
Fri: Chinese Takeaway - chicken fried rice, stirfried veg and plain noodles
Sat: Bacon and courgette pasta bake
Sun: Roast chicken, veg, potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy

Yesterday I made leek and cannellini bean soup.

I’m also working my way through the comfort foods book so made the speedy hoppin’ John today and going to make the vegetable sabzi and lamb pilaf later this week.

Also made chilli, baked meatballs and pea, broccoli and ham soup today so my freezer is bursting!

Frid/Sat I am away with Brownies but taking my
