First day tomorrow (joined online)....

Sweet potato hash browns (assuming I can make in advance and reheat?)
Thinking of taking to work and having with scrambled eggs as breakie which if i worked it out correctly means syn free and the milk in scramble eggs would be from hexa?

Salad lunch with hard booked egg, left over gammon and syn valued salad dressing?

Dinner mushrooms, roasted cauli, broccoli, chicken, carrots, beetroot with sweet chilli dip (syn butter for mushrooms and dip)

Does that sound Ok?

Snacks fruit and Muller light?

Frustrating i have joined waiting for books etc..... so trying to get head around using online content!

Thanks

You could have 2 alpen light bars or 2 Aldi benefit bars if you don't want toast. I tend to have cereal or bread or crispbreads for HEB's.

I sometimes have 40g of the new type sugar puffs with some yoghurt mixed through or make baked oats from porridge oats. Have made them the day before and eaten the next day.

It's all part of a balanced diet so best to try and fit it in.
