I know it's a tall order, but I've got mixed up with dates and thought that a friend's 40th birthday do was in 2 weeks, not next Saturday!

I need something to take to work also. Any ideas? Please? Help!

Assuming you have the book? Have you had a look at SP - basically you only eat foods with the speed or protein symbol next to them and have an extra b portion.
So no potatoes pasta rice yoghurt and you need to check with fruits/veg are fine. You still get your syns too.

Meant to say, I've been on SW before but have slipped into pretty bad habits recently. I can start the overnight oats this week, but stuck for other ideas, thanks in advance xx

I used to do extra easy, Cornelius, and still have the books somewhere....will dig them out.
Do you think the SP will be better than EE for this week then? X

Its still extra easy really just a lower starchy carb version. It's supposed to be done for a week if you need a boost, so if your weights not been shifting for a while or if as in your case you need to drop a few pounds for a special occasion. If you've not really been trying for a while then a week on EE should shift a few pounds anyway.

Tons of speed with controlled portions of protein. Three litres of water a day. Not too much fruit. No sugar, carbs or booze (booooo!). Good luck.

I think you'd be best off doing several SP days. That would be your best bet. Keep your syns on the lower side but still have at least 5 per day.

SP days yes. But no guarantee of course. Why specifically that amount?
