SW batch cooking

Got a stone to lose and need to get into batch cooking.

Chilli con carne or bolognaise sauce always freezes well and you can grate all sorts of speed veggies to up your intake.

Is there a SW batch cooking cook book?

Soups also do well, but it's not exactly the weather for it. Butternut squash and sweet potato, tomato, roasted peppers and basil.

I made a huge batch of fish cakes last week and froze lots. Will be defrosting a few of them this week so will report back!
