Groovee yes, I'veread through it, but it doesn't really tell you a lot, seems to be trying lots of things, so just wondered what worked for everyone Grin

As a PP said, try increasing Healthy Extras, which is a case of trial and error while you find out what level helps you maintain weight instead of losing: you could start with one extra B choice every day or every other day.
Keep going to group, or if you don't go every week, at least weigh yourself so that any small gain can be nipped in the bud.
If I had a week when I was having extra syns, eg a meal or two out or off plan, I would not have the extra B choices that week.
You just have to see what you can get away with.

Well done! I hit target a month ago and then went on a week's all inclusive hol and gained 6lb, straight back on it and .5lb to go, but trying to lose another 4lb to give some wriggle room for future.
