I got this, I changed my HEB choice for a couple of days and increased my water intake. It worked a treat

I suffer terribly. I eat fuck loads of speed and drink tons of water, and I still struggle. I have started drinking matcha green tea which is helping no end.

I just hadn't heard that phrase before. Had just one word been mistyped, I guess I would have worked out what you meant, but I didn't. Sorry.

Does that really warrant calling me a twat?

Looked like an autocorrect fail rather than a dyslexia-related typo.

Regardless, that does not grant you the right to be so damn rude.

Yes, I do have IBS as it happens.

I have never been called a twat before though-either on here or in real life.
