Hi starting sw today anybody want to do it with me? I'm 11st 3lbs 😣 did lose on sw before but have put it all back on, as just been eating really unhealthy!! Also trying to do excersise, walking and biking. So far I have had a fibre one bars which is 4 syns and a cup of tea. Going to have a banana later and prob a ham sandwich for lunch! With fruit after. Come and join please need help and willpower!!
