Hi all
I am biting the bullet and returning. I'm hypothyroid, so expecting it to be a slow and painful process, but I need to at least try because my life is awful at the moment - and very painful. Losing some weight would help.
Anyway, I'm going to group tomorrow. I just wondered if anyone knows of a free membership deal running in a magazine. I know that Best sometimes have them.
