SW frozen meals

Hi, I'm a newbie and for those days I'm short of time I bought some frozen SW meals from Iceland. Just checking but do they serve 1 only? Thanks

Yes, the recipe on the pack says serves 4 but the frozen meal is just for one!

I've had a couple of the meals. Share them out between 2 and have a load of stir fried speed Veg or salad on the side. Nice and filling. One meal on my own no speed was far too much for me.
