What do you all use your syns on, I like to save mine for later during the day and night time, but starting to get sick of the same things. I like to eat things with low syns so it feels like am eating loads. Any ideas ??
Tesco sweet potato falafel (frozen ones) are very tasty and filling and just 0.5 syns each. Unfortunately they've recently changed the recipe so they're not as good as they were but I still enjoy them. I generally use my syn's on 100g full fat Greek yoghurt with my overnight oats (3 syns) and 20g of dark chocolate (6 syns). Frozen raspberries are good for evening snacking too.
