I love a good Diet Coke chicken, a beautiful salad and home made wedges. What I want to know is what is your go to recipe for slimming world? Come on guys, sharing is caring.

I love the SW spaghetti bolognese, I think there's two but my one is the one with smoky rashers and celery, oregano etc. I make a big batch and it tastes even better after being frozen. I use it for myself when the rest of the family are having something high in syns.

Slimming World Gunpowder pork (but I used chicken instead) plate licking good and now a firm fixture on the menu. Really easy to make and eaten by entire family who didn't even know it was a SW recipie

Ooh I'm watching with interest. I'm going to try the chicken tikka and mango biriyani later in the week. I do like the cauliflower cheese soup. As does my 9month old!

I love the roast potatoes when you roast them in chicken stock they are amazing , I love bbq mince pasta bake, really tasty xx

I'd love the recipe for cauliflower cheese soup please!

Thingamy fry off one onion and 2 cloves of garlic in fry light then add 1 large cauliflower and 800ml of stock. Simmer until cauliflower is soft. Then add a tube of primula light or primula original and blend. It comes out really really thick. It's on the SW website. I syn it at 3 syns because I can only get primula original. You can use it as a healthy extra A choice too.

Sweet and sour chicken made with diet orange, campfire stew and nacho style feast all go down well.

At the moment we eat a lot of smoked salmon and pesto spaghetti, just the above ingredients with a dollop of quark stirred through. I serve with chargrilled peppers and asparagus. Mmmm.
