I'm probably going to be asking this a lot for aldi equivalents to thought I'd get a thread going Grin

Brooklea vanilla fat free yoghurt (450g pot but only have 2 tbsp at a time)
Brooklea Cherry low fat yoghurt (450g pot)

My husband did the shopping today and didn't get what I asked him for Grin

The large 450g pots are made with sugar not sweetener that's why they're high in syns.
Not too bad if your splitting a pot over several portions though.
The smaller 175g pots are made with sweetener not sugar so the majority of them are free. (The banana and custard, and chocolate sprinkled ones have low syns)

The fat Free vanilla Yoghurt is 8.5 syns for 450g, I can't see a cherry on one the app

It's high because of sugar
