Am posting for traffic here as I'm starting SW on Thursday and I'm 13w pregnant.
My reasons are twofold:
- I need to reduce my body fat as it's just never left since I had DD 14 months ago - it puts me into to overweight BMI zone (before I was pg) and I just don't look "right"
- I think I'm addicted to sugar and need help in trying to eat more healthily and beneficially for this pregnancy
- I really heaped on the weight last pg due to inactivity and shitloads of cake. I found it very hard to find things to wear for 6 months afterwards and it was just another thing to deal with on top of raging postnatal anxiety
Whilst I'm not daft and know I can't lose weight this pregnancy I'd like to avoid it piling on. Plus at some point in the next 18 months I'm aiming to lose 10kg and weigh in at 65kg before we go for baby #3.
Has anyone done SW whilst pg and what was your experience? And did it help you feel "better" postpartum?
