But with less syn value, or that I can have more of as a HEXA?

I want to eat weetabix for breakfast, but I also want to drink tea throughout the day.

Any ideas?

Have you heard of Bob milk ( best of both)

Arla best of both; taste of semi Skimmed but actually Skimmed. Tesco sells it

Best of both isn't that bread? No, not heard of it but will hunt it down.

I love milk.

Why does everything I love make me fat?

I've tried BOB and it's just as nice as semi. So now I can have 300mls as a healthy a rather than 250mls.

I'm a cheap skate and use the Asda 1% same idea as the BOB and you get 300ml for your HEXA. It's only 99p for 4pints. Means I can have more coffee to get me through work!

Have you tried almond unsweetened? Not had it in a while but think it's about 13kcals for 100ml, so can imagine you'd get a lot for your hex a! It's not great for tea or coffee but just about does the job for breakfast cereals... then again I'm not too much of a milk lover so might not work for you!

I have tried it. I think you get the whole carton as a HEXa. I find I have to put loads in my tea to get it the colour I want.
However, my consultant recommended it last Thursday for rice pudding. Might try that.

I agree with you in hot drinks, a whole carton would probably be just about enough for one coffee hmm .....

You can have 1 litre of unsweetened almond milk a day as your HEXA. It's great in porridge, so I should imagine it's also good in rice pudding. I tried it with 1 teaspoon choc shot, heated in the microwave and it made an ok hot chocolate, sweetened with Stevia. I quite like black tea with a bit of sweetener in, so I can eat a bit of cheese some days.

I've tried rice pudding with almond milk. I will NOT be trying it again! It was revolting grin
