I'm so pants at sw I'm setting myself a challenge to stay on plan for 100 days straight.

It's weigh day tomo so will stock up the fridge get weighed and then get on it!

I will be posting here what I've eaten so I've got something to be accountable for, feel free to join in I can't be the only one that needs a good shake.

Ok it's day 1. I've weighed at home as group isn't til tonight and I'll scoff right up to the scales otherwise. To be honest the weight isn't the main thing here it's more about controlling myself as I just can't get my arse in gear!

I'm going all out and dusted off the sales and measured out my milk allowance for the day too..gold star for me!

I'd join you but between now and July I have 3 hen do's and 2 weddings (one of which is mine) so I can't guarantee I'll stay on plan....actually I'll guarantee I won't stay on plan!

Good luck though!

What about a smaller target!

I'll join you! Starting tomorrow for me due to today's plans. I've lost a little over 2 stones at SW since end of November, but have seriously lost will power lately and have fallen into a one pound on/one pound off pattern, week in week out at class! Totally wasting money going to class, so I'm up for this challenge!

I'm with you OP although only for 21 days initially till we go on holiday..... we're going all inclusive which in theory means there'll be lots of fruit and veg, but you never know!

Also thinking about starting a 30 day plank challenge - could do with the help before I have to brave a swimming costume Shock

Report
FluffedIt · 03/04/2017 06:09

Groovee you are probably right and I should do a smaller target... but I really want to do it!

Managed day 1

B-weetabix topped with grapes and orange (some a+b)

L- muller light and banana

D- pasta salad (onions cucumber peas sweet corn carrots Philly and teeny light mayo)

Curly wurly.

2 stone loss is amazing! Well done, I lost 2 stone when I joined sw before, but I've had a baby and gained it back and then some since then! Lol

Who wants to eat the fruit on a all inclusive holiday?! Grin that deserves a certificate in itself!

I would join in a plank challenge..except i can't even manage a split second let alone 30!!

I'm day 88 on plan! I have had 2 meals out where I have eaten what I want. The others have been planned. My mini goal is 10.5lbs before my holiday in 12 weeks.

Blimey that's great! You must have will power of steel!

Now that I've finally got day 1 out the way I'm feeling pretty confident to take it one day at a time. I want to lose as much as I can by my 30th in oct!

I'm 40 in Dec so want to look fab at 40 😂.

I am also trying to get my BMI as close to 35 for the 3rd of may, so very focused. 13 weigh in and I had lost 1st 10.5lb.

I do little challenges like a stone to Easter in 9 weigh ins. Still 2 weigh ins to go and only 1lb to lose. I find it spurs me on.

I'm also a planner. So everything is planned and it seems to be working well x

Sounds very organised! ..I'm working on that! You've done so well!

I'm planning on lots of mini targets whilst doing this. (Half stone, next stone bracket, club 10..hell a lb a week til my deadline is 1st12 and that would be fab!)

I'd really like to join you too as I am on holiday at the end of July and I don't want another 2 weeks feeling fat and frumpy like last year! I need some motivation and the 100 day challenge could be just it. I joined SW in Oct but have only lost 13lb because I keep getting distracted and as I'm now over 50 I can't seem to get away with over-doing it even if only once a week. So here's to a decent week!!!

Sorry I sent that before I was finished, 13lb is still fab don't forget that!

My day was good, I have a q though, if the meal is syn free but not half/third whatever of superfree is it still alright? I.e. I had jacket with cheese and beans with no veg or salad at all, technically that's syn free but it's not what she told me??

Well done to everyone with their planning and weight loss stories!! I lost over a stone with SW last year but have put most of it back on….. sigh. I want to lose 29lb but realistically would be happy with 20 and my 'end date' is my boys' birthday in 26 weeks. Doable, I hope…..

Dug out fitness DVD today, faffed around trying to get it to play on the Playstation (DP: "we don't need a separate DVD player" - grrrr!), removed leads/ controllers from children several times, couldn't get the ruddy thing to work, dug out small TV which has a DVD player, worked out somewhere to set it up, FINALLY got DVD to play, realised I'd run out of time to do it Sad

I was going to go for a coffee with a good friend this evening but DP didn't get back in time from work, causing a big argument and tears (from me - I don't get out much and get a bit overwrought!). Saved me some calories though, I guess…..

Fluffed I think your meal itself is fine, as long as you have counted the cheese as a healthy extra or whatever, but SW recommend the speed food to help you lose weight more quickly - hopefully!

Currently watching a documentary called 'Hungry for Change' on Netflix, about how diets don't work - it's very depressing!!

We have the same end date(if my sleep deprived brain worked it out right) there's a challenge right there!

There must have been something in the air last night as dh and I ended up in separate rooms after trying to put the cot together. Turns out he's a wanker! Grin but he said sorry and we're friends again now and dd had her first night in a big cot!

Thanks for clearing that up-I do normally have side salad but just wasn't feeling it.

Day 3 woo! Feeling more motivated as the days go on (not enough to do an exercise dvd though)

I've been finding it ok now, just needed to get started! Even managed 17000 steps which is a record for me!

Well done @FluffedIt

I'm on day 91. Lost 1.5lb last night. Only 2lb to my 2st award. Hoping to get that in 2 weeks time.

Well done Fluffed, amazing job with the 17K steps too!! I didn't make my 10K yesterday as I didn't realise the battery on my Fitbit had died - pah! I have an old one and the battery is getting worse and worse Sad

Congratulations Groovee on your weight loss, day 91 is brilliant! I can't see your new challenge though? (Might be my computer!)

Need for caffeine Brew here as DS1 was up for two hours in the night not feeling well - nothing specific, bit hot but not in pain/ sniffling - I was just making up my mind to Calpol him when he finally dropped off! And then DS2 woke up an hour later, I am shattered.....
