Today's SW food diary

I wasn't feeling too good in the morning hence the lack of breakfast. I do eesp so 2x HexB1 choices

Breakfast - apple, raspberries
Lunch - slow cooker stew with chicken and kidney beans, peppers etc
Dinner - leftover stew with home made garlic bread (HEXB1)
Snacks - strawberries, apple
Syns - jelly beans for 10 syns
Now I hadn't had my hexa so I just made myself some oats (HEXB2) and half hexa allowance. But I'm so stuffed I can't eat it!

I know I haven't had my hexa or hexb2, should I still be trying to eat them? Usually I do get all my hexa and b choices in, but I've filled myself up with free foods and don't know if I can just miss them once every few days?

Any ideas/help please?

Why don't you have a milky drink and a few nuts or a bit of dried fruit or a hifi bar? That would be less filling.
