How much exercise did you do on slimming world?

I have finally taken the plunge and joined slimming world online! I have been wanting to for a long time since I have heard such good things about it.

I'm just wondering for those of you with some experience of following the plan, what exercise do you do (if any) to help your weight loss? I have read a lot about other people's sw diets but not much about if they're exercising along side it.

I did lots. My mother had just had a hip replacement and did nothing. She beat my weightloss hands down!

Exercise helps, but it's not compulsory.

I've lost 4 stone and have done very little or no exercise.
I now feel fitter so use the stairs at work instead of lifts and I walk to the shops more instead of taking the car, but this is since the weight loss

I'm 3.5st down and run 5-7k three times a week. I only started running once I'd lost approx 2st, I wouldn't say it's made me lose faster but I've definitely toned up more because of it and therefor look slimmer.
