I am trying to meal plan and I am bored of what we are eating. DH is veggie andDD is only 9 months so it needs to be low salt and lactose free.

So far I have
Somerset stew from BBC good food with mash
Tuna and salmon fish cakes with veg (using left over mash)
Beef and quorn meatballs with spaghetti
Some kind of risotto and white fish.

What is everyone else having?

This week has been:

Nacho Style Feast
Special Fried Rice
Pork Stir Fry with noodles
Seafood Casserole (M&S) baked potatoes and veg
Fish and chips
Chicken and Mushroom Fake away
Beef Fajitas

Meals I get asked for lots is Paprika Pork, Risotto, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Bacon, Mushroom and Pea Pasta.

The pinch of nom site and the two chubby cubs have some good recipes. Mongolian Beef was lovely but I plan to put less chilli flakes in next time.
