Do I need to join again??

Hey all, so I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and attending SW, however I was given 12 weeks free which I started on the 17th November....I've a few free sessions left but each week no matter how hard I try, I'm putting on weight (obviously from the pregnancy).

I'm going to go to my last free sessions and then stop until I've given birth (still carry on, on plan).

Will I need to re join once I go back or can I carry on off the back of the free sessions??

I would think you would rejoin.

Ask your consultant to be sure but I think you rejoin x
