About to do an online shop, no idea where to start! We aren't fussy but I do like quite a bit of fruit in my diet. We also work shifts so handy take to work lunches would be good. I'd be grateful for the help.

I could write every fruit but il be here forever, what I will say is stick with most berries, oranges, apples, peach nectarine etc. The 'nice' fruit I.e blueberry, cherry, banana isn't speed food but still free. Lean meats veg and a ton of fruit and you can't really go wrong

I generally get blackberries and pears, both of which I know I'll eat. Apples which go to work and sometimes get eaten

Carrots, green beans, baby sweetcorn, potatoes,

Alpen light for a quick breakfast on work mornings

Puft and freddo bars for treats

Quorn sausages, meatballs and pieces

overnight oats for breakfast every day so

porridge oats
activia 0% yogurt
frozen fruit

usually a mugshot for lunch so generally a free one or macaroni cheese which is 2 syns

baby bel
cherries
nectarines
bananas
apples
eggs
ham
bacon
bbq chicken pieces
alpen light bars (bargain when on sale £1 a box)

puft
curly wurly
french fries

Jumbo Snack o Jacks 2 syns each
Marmaite free
McCain 5% Oven Chips 2 syns per 100g
Ryvira Dark Rye 1.5 syns each
Quark for cooking
Fat free greek yogurt
Fat free fromage frais
Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
Singapour Noodles....like a pot noodle but free
Plain Rice pouches for microwave I think are 0.5 syns each
Wholemeal bread
Salad stuff is free and pickled onions

Oh and tinned carrots. I know some people don't like tinned veg but it's sooooo easy and cheap and I actually like the taste. They're my go to speed veg.

Just been shopping to Asda and a lot of what I bought was on special offer so I stocked up!
Fibre One bars (chocolate brownie ones are amazing warmed up) But they were out of stock Angry
Squirty cream (light)
Choc shot
Strawberries
Mini meringue nests
Super Fruitti yogurts (all the above are good for Eton mess)
Mini bags of Randoms and Jelly Tots (2.5 syns each)
Special K Chocolate Delight bars (1=HEXB)
Alpen Lights (2=HEXB)
Kingsmill crustless wholemeal loaf (3 slices=HEXB)
Pot to measure milk in each evening ready for next day - up to same mark each time
Reduced fat mature cheddar
Diced bacon (for omelettes and sw crustless quiche)
Fat free cottage cheese (for quiche)
Jacket potatoes
Baked beans
Eggs (I don't know what I'd eat for lunch if I didn't make omelettes) Hmm
