Batch cook at the weekends so you have meals to heat quickly in the evening, prep bags to chuck in the slow cooker in the morning maybe?

Have you tried buying some of their ready made meals? It's easier if you're struggling for time but I would say don't rely on them all week. I have them for when OH is out or I know I'm going to get home from work law and don't want to be cooking from scratch too late.

Have you looked through the website for some recipes or joined any of the facebook groups? They give some great tips.

Also, it goes without saying, make sure you exercise. Even if that's a quick walk at lunch, parking a bit further away from work, getting up for a quick move around every hour.

Don't get disheartened either, a healthy loss is 1-2lbs a week. This is a lifestyle change not a quick fix.

Good luck.

Sounds like you're doing really well with your weight loss.
Agree with PPs ' good ideas, and would add:
Have prepared meat/ fish and veg in the fridge for a quick stir fry ( I have mine with a couple of scan bran for filling power and a weight loss boost).
Prepared salad and cold meat, to have with a microwave jacket potato ( McCains 1 syn).
Leftovers from a SW recipe eaten a day or two before, when you've had more time to cook, on a non-work day.

Stir fries definitely! We have at least one a week.

I use different stuff each time, sometimes chicken, sometimes fish, sometimes steak. I start with either pre-prepared stir fry veg (frozen or fresh) or chopped up whatever is left in the fridge. Add Soy sauce, whatever protein and when that's cooked, boiling water and noodles - all in the same pan.

Or sometimes I serve it with rice made into egg-fried by frying it with fry-light and egg. Or cauliflower rice (just whizz cauliflower in the food processor and steam or fry with fry light and soy sauce and whatever spices you want to chuck in.

A SW friendly cooked breakfast could easily be eaten in the evening and is quick too.

I think sw can be tricky if you're a less confident cook. I only follow the plan very (very!)loosely but some of my favourite recipes are things like chilli, spaghetti bol, chicken paprika and sticky chicken with veg. If I were you I would get ahead with cooking one thing at the weekend- say chilli and have it with rice one week day (I use microwave rice rather than freshly made I'm afraid). Maybe on a Sunday night you could marinate some chicken thighs- I use a garlic clove ginger, soy sauce (lots) and some sweet chilli sauce- and leave them in a baking tray in the fridge. Chop up some red onion, peppers and courgette in another tray and then put them both in the oven as soon as you get in on Monday night. I sometimes make cucumber and mint yogurt dressing to have with this (which you could also do on Sunday)also some cous cous which is really quick. I make lots do there's always plenty for lunch the next day. Chicken paprika is just chicken breast, garlic, red onion and red pepper fried in fry light with tinned tomatoes, salt and pepper and paprika added and allowed to bubble away for a bit. I sometimes add a tine of canellini beans to it too. Easy to make ahead at weekends, batch cook or freeze.
