Another week, another 1lb.....

I am steadily losing 1lb per week but it is starting to get me down. Has anyone got some tips for a boost (I am already trying a couple of SP days per week) or any gems of inspiration/success stories which will keep me going. Is it true that the slower it comes off, the more likely it is to stay off (please say yes) and /or, if you haven't much to lose then it is also harder to shift? I started out with two stone to lose and got around 10 lb left to go to get into a good BMI range.
