Hi all I'm a little confused as to how much fruit and vegetables I should be eating. I'm following extra easy plan so was advised at the class that I should be eating a third veg a third protein and a third carbs. I was also told to eat a piece of fruit after every meal but I really feel like I'm struggling eating this much can someone tell me if this is correct because I can't help but feel like this is far too much.
