Confused about fruit and veg

Hi all I'm a little confused as to how much fruit and vegetables I should be eating. I'm following extra easy plan so was advised at the class that I should be eating a third veg a third protein and a third carbs. I was also told to eat a piece of fruit after every meal but I really feel like I'm struggling eating this much Sad can someone tell me if this is correct because I can't help but feel like this is far too much. Many thanks in advance Grin

You should have a third speed veg (which is almost all veg except peas and sweet corn) and then a third whatever else you are having, be it carbs, protein whatever. The fruit is prob a suggestion as more speed food to fill you up, I've never had fruit after and I've lost a stone so far x

With every meal you should try to have 1/3 speed food. But if you find you are full then don't force yourself to eat. Some people think free food and stuff themselves full rather than eating until you feel full.

I tend to have some fruits like melon, raspberries strawberries in the fridge to grab and go if I feel peckish.

Just do what you feel happy with if you are full rather than eating for the sake of it.

I agree. If at least 1/3 of your meal is speed food then I would just have fruit as and when I felt hungry throughout the day. No pressure to eat something you don't want.

If you are having something like a jacket potato & beans, then I would try to eat either a salad with it or some speed fruit afterwards.

I've lost 7st 2.5lbs with SW so far. You'll be fine Smile.
