Hi, I'm making my breakfast oats for tomorrow, (I've gained 10lbs over Xmas Xmas Shock ) [It was good though, made hot water pastry game pies, chestnut chocolate vacherin, the lot! Xmas Wink ]
Anyway, back to it..and it's a bit of a relief to be honest!
So, I've bought Muller Light cherry yoghurt to mix into my overnight oats. Are they syn free?
Thanks,
Fran xx

Thanks for your help.
Good Luck on Thursday.
Remember, it's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year,
But what you eat between New Year and Christmas that's important!

mcdog and Queen, I often take overnight oats to work for my morning breakfast break.
It's just what it says: your HEB of porridge oats, mixed with any free yoghurt and left in the fridge overnight.
Some people layer fruit into it when making it (fresh or frozen). I just take the fruit separately.
It's tasty, and you don't need to use your HEA for cereal.

Thank you. I had egg and beans for breakfast today, but that's a good plan for early starts.

Not all mullerlights are free. The vanilla with cherry underlayer isn't - think it's 1.5 Syns. Some of the special editions also aren't free.

That vanilla and cherry one is my favourite! Sob.

Louisiana, I leave my HeB oats in fat free yoghurt, plain or flavoured as long as it's free. I also add a splash of skimmed milk from my allowance. I chuck a few frozen fruit on top and leave it in the fridge overnight. It's like a dessert for breakfast!

Jumping on to ask a question because I don't normally eat breakfast. Rejoining SW this week so I'm looking for breakfast ideas. Intrigued by the overnight oats that I keep reading about - in my head it would be like eating cold, lumpy porridge... Is that not the case?!
