Tell me about Extra Easy SP

I've only been a member for 9 weeks and there hasnt been much discussion of this part of the plan in class. I've been losing steadily, good losses first 3 weeks, then about 1.5lb a week since. Unfortunately this week has been v stressful and I majorly fell off the wagon. Not sure how much I have gained as I weigh in later tonight, but I will definitely have put on!

I'm thinking of trying the SP this week to try and get the gain minimised as soon as possible. Has anyone been following the plan that way and are the losses any better than the normal Extra Easy?

On an SP day the only free foods you eat are those with an S or a P symbol, and meals should be made up 50% of each. So no potatoes, pasta, rice, cous cous, parsnip, sweet potato, yoghurt, fromage frais, pineapple, mango, cherries, grapes, banana, blueberries. You still get your HEA and you get two HEBs. You also still get your usual 5-15 Syns.

Thank you Chessie, We have a new consultant who gave us some more info last night and I also found a great section on the app with loads of info. Giving it a go this week, cock a leekie soup on the hob right now, smells gorgeous!
