I've done all of the diets over the last 20 odd years but sw does work for me. I've only regained my weight due to lack of self care after a very distressing year and leaning heavily on wine. So I'm after your hints and tips especially for family eating as it's been a few years since I did this. I'm especially interested in incorporating subs into meals rather than sweet treats as I'm not that into sweet treats. I do love gin though!
