I don't know why I did it, I'd never tried them before and thought they were OK but I think I fooled myself to think they were healthy ish!

I won't get them again, I've had a craving for sweet things lately. I hope I haven't done to much damage!

What are they, 6 syns each of something, 6 to a box?

If it's the light ones, they're 3 Syns each so 18 per packet or a b choice and 12 Syns.

I haven't eaten 2 but I have had one as my b choice plus 12 Syns (I was out with limited access to food but had a box in my car).

Be warned, they're not called hifi for no reason...

They were hi fi chocolate & orange and the coconut ones, I know I'm a pig. They weren't as big as I thought they would be though and quite expensive, I could of got 4 double decker a for half the price, lol.

I've actually been really good since joint last April and have almost lost 3 and a half stone so I can do it, I have let myself down though I know. The reason I got fat in the first place was bingeing I thought I was in control but obviously I'm not. I couldn't trust myself with having junk in the house because it would be calling me to it!

It's done now.
Forgive yourself and move on.
When do you weigh next? You can still pull it back by then by eating carefully.
You know they are a danger now so don't buy any more

Not let yourself down, you were simply human. As a PP said, forgive yourself and move on.

Me and DH started SW on 31 May, and there are loads of things that I am missing that I COULD have but I'm not prepared to use my syns on them most of the time.

I do like the coconut hi-fi's though, but not ass much as the Rocky Road. Fortunately, we keep them in the fridge, so they are far too hard to eat any more than 2 when I choose then as my HEx, usually on a weekend, as I have 2 weetabix with free yogurt for breakfast during the week.

My biggest issue is not being able to resist when DH is not there, so difficult at work, with the canteen a 3 minute walk away, and a vending machine in the break room about 45 seconds away.

Feeling that I would have to tell DH of my infraction is what stops me - that and the fact I've not had a gain of weight any week yet. I've had maintains, but they mysteriously occur approx every 4 weeks. Fancy that, eh?!
