In 2 weeks in to doing it online and all the info is available online. The online Syns is the most useful but I think.

I've been doing it online for 18 months now and it's pretty easy to follow. All the info you need is downloadable from the website.

Just wondering how easy is it to understand the diet if you are only doing online? It looks quite complicated! If you do online is all the information there for you once you sign up?
