Homemade spag bol or chilli are fine on SW with low fat mince (5% fat or less). You are meant to swap oil for Frylight but I can't bear it so just use a splash of oil as I usually do a big batch cook so it's minimal syns per serving. Same mince could also be used for meatballs or burgers (bun would be your HEB).

Chicken or beef stir fry with noodles and loads of veg. Can either use some syns for a sauce or just use soy / oyster sauce.

Fajitas can be quite good as the spice powder is tiny syns but wraps are high syns so I have it now with rice, cheese (HEA) and a bit of low fat yoghurt.

Jacket potatoes with beans is a quick winner.

Hope that helps and good luck!

Skin-free meat/baked chicken with steamed or roasted veggies. SW oven chips are awesome!

Bolognaise and chilli, as mentioned above, are definite favourites in our house. Sheppards/cottage pie.

Also sometimes make fish/seafood pie, but I wasn't a massive fan of it with the quark white sauce. I'd rather use syns and make a proper béchamel with skimmed milk.

Carbonara made with fat free fromage frais (free) with lean bacon and parmesan as your hex A.

My lot love fajita wedges, for which I use, old el paso spice mix with fry light (not free so you could make your own if needed), chicken, onions and peppers, cooked and then oven baked on top of cooked homemade slimming world wedges, with hex a reduced fat cheddar and half fat sour cream if you have the spare syns ;-)

Egg fried rice (using tesco frozen microwave rice -free-) is really nice and even cheaper if you can be arsed to make your own rice first! Grin, I throw in peas, bacon, prawns, chicken, spring onions etc... Whatever I have to hand thats free really Smile

We use the Iceland pre cooked diced chicken. Throw in a pan & when it's nearly cooked through add slices bacon medallions & sliced mushrooms. When they are done add your HEXA allowance of Philadelphia light garlic & herbs. Stir through till it's all heated up. We just serve it with wholewheat pasta shapes or spaghetti. Really quick. Sometimes we chuck some peas in as well but DH usually forgets.
