Week 6 of SW I've lost 12lbs so for, my target was 1 stone but I would like to get a few pounds over this off. Last week only lost 1lb this week only .5lbs. Off. I'm sticking to the plan, I probably could up my speed food intake but otherwise on plan. My biggest loss in one week was 4lbs.
Any tips for getting things moving again?
