How to kick start weight loss

Week 6 of SW I've lost 12lbs so for, my target was 1 stone but I would like to get a few pounds over this off. Last week only lost 1lb this week only .5lbs. Off. I'm sticking to the plan, I probably could up my speed food intake but otherwise on plan. My biggest loss in one week was 4lbs.

Any tips for getting things moving again?

And on average I use about 9 syns - should I look to reduce this?

Are you doing a food diary? My weight loss has slowed so I've gone back to a food diary (did one for the first 2wks only) and I've lost 3lbs this week. I think it has helped me re-focus and not let any extras, however tiny, slip in.

What are SP days, they've never been explained by the consultant?

You get 1 x HEA but 2 x HEB on a SP day
