Slimming World Packed Lunches

I wrote an article a while back about breakfasts on Slimming World which proved to be really popular (listsforlifeblog.com/2016/01/19/6-slimming-world-friendly-breakfasts-you-can-make-in-10-minutes/)

I am now looking to write a piece about packed lunches for when you are at work...I alway have either salad or pasta so that's not too interesting to write about!

Any suggestions?? What do you guys do for lunch when you are out and about?

I add couscous to salad
Have leftovers cold from the night before, have a work microwave, but I usually have things cold.
Make SW quiche and have cold with salad
Cook up extra sausages to have cold, boil up eggs.
Chop up veg to snack on, peppers, cucumber etc
Get a M&S egg and potato salad or subway salad - no dressing or syn it
Cook up packet of savoury rice

Thanks for the ideas.

What goes into a SW quiche then? I presume there's no pastry involved.

I like the idea of chopped up veg, I think that with homemade hummus could be a really nice idea.

Lists,
There are a couple of variations, I've made one with chopped mushroom, onion, peppers etc in ovenproof fry-lite dish.
Mix 1/2 tub quark with 3 or 4 eggs, then pour egg mix over veg. Oh add chilli flakes or mixed herbs, salt and pepper, then bake for about 30 mins.

You can replace the quark with cottage cheese, but I prefer texture of quark (no lumps)

There are some recipes using smash to make a crust.

Leftover spanish omelette is good
Shop bought sushi
Rice, veg and bean salad with eg. Salmon
Pasta salad
Baked potato (if microwave to heat up)
Heated up leftover stew

Lunches seem to be my biggest downfall (as well as not eating breakfast) so I try to take leftovers. I've also got a list of low Syn lunches I can grab if I get lazy/unorganised. Just ready meals and such, but try not to do that too often

Fab I will definetly be giving the omelette a go, think quark sounds like it might be better than cottage cheese (I imagine the consistency would be a bit odd with cc).

I do love sushi but I find it doesn't fill me up...then I end up snacking in the afternoon :(
