Have you been keeping a diary?
You might have some syns creeping in you're not aware of.

If you eat the same things all the time try some new foods. Do you have the same HEs each day? Try different ones. Are you measuring HEs and Syns properly? Check the syn value of things as they do change and it's easy to miss a change and think you're having fewer Syns than you are.
