I've just joined slimming world on line and thought I was doing great but I've realised I might have got the 1/3 of the plate bit wrong. I was under the impression that the 1/3 could be anything from the free list. Now I've looked at it closer, it seems to be that a 1/3 must be SP..... What is SP? On my online list I can see things that are S's or P's but no SP's. I'm feeling a bit disheartened now as i think I've been doing it wrong for the last 5 days. Any advice?
