Hi Debbie,
Not a thyroid dieter, so I am not sure any advice would be super specific but I am due to start slimming world next week, I am 5ft2 and 13.5st so would have similar advice from sw as to targets etc and am happy to impart any extra info! Build wise I am a big of bust (34gg) but size 14(ish) fairly hourglass of shape, albeit a big hourglass!

Hi I've started slimming world yesterday, I was doing the harcombe diet which is high fat and no carbs sugar etc but felt so poorly and weak.
I don't go to a slimming world group so doig it from memory but can someone tell me how my menu for today has been
Breakfast - sachet of Quaker Oats porridge with skimmed milk and raisins in it
Lunch - homemade leak carrot and butternut squash soup and some leftover cold roast chicken
Also had a banana
Tea - basa fish fillet, homemade chips cooked in oven with fry light, marrowfat peas and carrots and sweet corn.
I've had three pints of water and lemon so far and a couple cups of tea no sugar

Looking for new slimming world buddy's. ..
After much research I'd love to give slimming world a real go! Due to ever changing work shifts I cant' commit to a weekly meeting but would love to really give this slimming world diet a go with a bit of support! I have never tried slimming world before it always seemed a bit too complicated but got fed up with constant counting of points with ww. I'm trying to achieve not just great weight loss but also a healthier attitude to food and drink. I've also set myself up with a 30 day alcohol free challenge! Too much white wine had git me here in the first place! Anyone interested in joining me?? grin
