Syn values - Tilda Rice & Danone Light & Free Yoghurts

Hey lovely peeps! :)

Been on SW for the last few days, and love it! Can't believe how much freedom I have as opposed to regular calorie counting....I'm never going back - haha!

Just wondered if anyone knew the syn values for Tilda Roasted Vegetable Wholegrain Rice, and those new Danone Light & Free Strawberry Yoghurts??

The Danone yoghurts are free. Don't know about the rice.

4 1/2 for the pouch of Tilda rice, just had one for lunch with salad, tasty and filling
Free for the yoghurt, well def the blueberry and the peach and passionfruit ones, recommend peach one over blueberry.
Apparently on offer in Tesco too
