Evening all!
Just wondered if anybody happened to know the syn values for non-Alpen Light cereal bars!? I am having these as a HEX B choice, but also have a mound of other cereal bars in the kitchen (stocked up the other week when I was full on calorie counting!) that need eating up, but have no idea what the syn damage would be - hehe!
Alpen Fruit and Nut with Milk Chocolate 29g
Nature Valley Protein Peanut & Chocolate 30g
Nature Valley Protein Roasted Peanuts with Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds 30g
Nature Valley Popcorn Bar Peanut and Sunflower Seed 20g
