Hi everyone,

So, I've decided to give Slimming World another try! I've had good success with it in the past, but as I work crazy hours, can't really commit to going to weekly groups. Just wondered if anyone happens to know if Liberte 0% Natural 500g and Fage Total Plain 0% 170g (not the split pots) yoghurts are free, and if not, what the syn values are please?

I've eaten that many Muller Lights that I honestly don't think I can face them ever again! ;)

Thank in advance!

Just looked online for you.

Liberte Strained Greek Style Yogurt, 0% Fat, Natural (per 100g) - FREE
Fage Total 0% Fat Free Natural Greek Yogurt (per 100g) - FREE

Are those the right ones?
