Great. Thanks kittyoshea. The muller ones are a bit too big!

Aren't the syn free yoghurts all full of sugar?

No idea Debbie. Tbh I think everything is fine in moderation- I don't think fat or sugar are the devil but over consumption of either isn't great.
I've lost 3 stone 8 lbs on SW and am now well within healthy weight range so it does work. I still have some sugar and fat in my diet but not too much of either so I'm happy enough Smile

Watch out for 0% fat high sugar which is not really sin free at all.
Why not have your own plain yogurt and add berries. This is really delicious. Supermarkets make quite cheap frozen berries.

KittyOShea's moderation is the main thing though.

The thing is for those trying to replace sweet treats like cakes with things like Müller lights - plain sour yoghurt with bloody berries worn probably cut it

Won't. Not worn.

"Aren't the syn free yoghurts all full of sugar?"

Not a huge amount of added sugar no, the sugar listed in the nutritional breakdown is mostly lactose which is in any yoghurt and fructose from the fruit, so not hugely different in amounts of sugar from plain yoghurt with added berries.

Lactose and fructose are both sugar, but in plain live yogurt like Fage quite a lot of the lactose has been sort of digested by the bio enzymes I think. I read somewhere to try to avoid having more more than 20grams of sugars (any kind) a day. But I can see what Jemapelle means about fruit yogurt still being much better than sweet treats like cakes.

Danone Peach 0% has about 10grms sugars per serving so easy to fit in as a treat..
