Hello there don't know if anybody can relate. After the initial enthusiasm and a decent loss first week,I now feel as above! Just not keen on the idea of eating eggs, bacon etc. Although I like a decent dinner , I also like a bit of rubbish and I am most definitely a mood eater.

With the prospect of a nothing planned weekend and possibly poor weather, I can feel my energy slipping away.

I'm a mood eater too! It's horrible, isn't it?

What sort of things do you want to eat? I find most meals can be adapted to fit SW. I've been doing it for almost a year now, and I still eat most of the same stuff I ate before, but I've adapted my meals to fit in.

Make sure you're using your syns. If you don't you feel like you're depriving yourself and are more likely to have a binge! I find the Dairy Milk Little Bars hit the spot for me. Just enough chocolate for not that many syns.

I found using my syns for wine every evening helped through a slump like this.

A whole bag of baby potatoes roasted with frylight chilli flakes and rosemary plus covered in my hex cheese and maybe syn some mayo for dipping. Always cheers me up and usually I can't eat them all so some for next days breakfast
