SP Days

Hey all, I had the most horrendous day on plan yesterday - going over my syns but around 80 syns sadsadsad
Im wondering about from tomorrow doing a few SP days to try and claw things back as weigh in is Tuesday night. Does anyone have any experience of doing this and did it work or will I be wasting my time. Never tried SP before so it will a new challenge but will have 3 and a half days to be able to follow it.
What do you all think? Do you think it would work at all? Thank you xxx

Recently I'm been trying it a few days a week and think it's great.
I'm getting used to having more veg instead of pasta etc. Tonight we are having sausage casserole and I'll have stir fried spring greens on the side.
You've still got 4 days so give it a go.

I do mainly sp days as I can't eat pasta or rice.

I think it works. I have lost 16.5lb in 5 weeks. I have done SW before and never lost this much.

Thank you ladies...will give it a go from tomorrow and see what happens. Thank you for the advice.
Cant start it today as already had a Muller light and some natural yoghurt.
But from tomorrow im on it. :0

Last week I did 3 sp days followed by 4 days over syns, one day significantly. I lost 1lb but was expecting a gain so it can work!!

Thanks Hay135 - here's hoping. WI tomorrow night and have followed SP Saturday, Sunday and will be doing it again today and tomorrow!

It's the alternative plan for boosting weight loss - the only free foods you eat are those with an S or P symbol, then you get your HEA, two HEBs and your Syns. Half your plate should be S foods, half should be P foods.
