I did online and swooped to group. My main issue online was I didn't pick up how important the third speed food was.

I joined a class and the weight is dropping off now I am doing it properly.

What coffee are you having? How much milk is it?

It doesn't sound like enough fruit and veg and maybe not enough overall.

How much water are you drinking?

Speed is most fruit and veg. Ones that aren't speed are pineapple, mango, banana, grapes, cherries, blueberries, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet corn, peas, parsnips, pulses. They're all free so you can eat as much as you like of them, but make sure a third of your plate is made up of other fruit/veg marked with the S symbol.

Spring, there's virtually no speed food there. A third of each meal should be speed. Add some fruit to your porridge. Salad with your sushi. Peas aren't a speed food (they're protein) so you need speed veg with your tea.
Also, are you using your syns? You may find you start to lose more if you eat more syns. Try drinking lots of water too.

I've had stalls every so often and things that have worked (in no particular order) have been:
Cutting down on fruit generally
Making vegetable soup and having that for lunches or instead of dinner a couple of nights a week
Eating grapefruit as a snack
Doing a couple of SP days
Keeping syns between about 5-10 (NOT having none)
Varying what I have for HexB through the week - not always bread (eg 16 almonds/35g porridge/80g prunes etc)

I'm sure others will be along with different suggestions but some ideas there you could try.

I am an online member as i work a lot and do not have the chance to go to meetings.

well, for example yesterday i had
breakfast: coffee and porridge
lunch small sushi box (5 pieces) from m&s
coffee in the afternoon
dinner:fillet of basa (fish) in the oven with side dish of peas.
after dinner: 2 pears.

Maybe sunday i had a tiny slice of cake for mothering sunday but this has been for 3 weeks.

Spring, are you giving food diaries to your consultant for them to advise? Try posting your food here so people can help.

I started on 11/01 and until 3 weeks ago i had started 4 kilos. In the last 3 weeks, the scale has been going up and down but i am around 80kg.
Something is not working. I am losing hope.
Has anyone ever been unsuccessful? what should i do?
