Hiya Iv been doing slimming world for 4 weeks and have lost a stone so far. I'm on a massive dip since yesterday, low mood and eating everything in sight!! Help!! xx
Can't help you as I've been going through the same thing for about a month! I put on 1.2 kg last week which has kicked me into gear again as I can't put on everything I've lost. I've gone back to basics this week and have been writing everything down again. I've been doing it for 10 months now, and things had been slipping.
Try not to stress about it. You cannot undo what you have eaten but you can get back on track.
Well done on your stone weight loss so far!:I am on week 7 and have lost 17.5lbs. Like you, a couple weeks ago I had a blip and I binged for two days due to stress. In the past I would of felt like giving up but Slimming world is a lifestyle change. We are all human and deserve an off day!
I maintained that week. Expected a gain.. I got back on track and doing well again. It's odd. A bad day or two often motivates me to do better the next week so I have a good loss and the odd binge keeps me on track.
Just get back on it tomorrow. You will be fine
