Rather than obese! My BMI is below 30 for the first time in 8 years. Not had a great week, but made some sensible choices- roasted veg not chips with our Valentines Day dinner- when I know in the past I'd have chosen the fatty option.

I've made a yummy soup for lunch and need to buy new jeans this afternoon. Yay!!

Brilliant.

I think when the better choice start becoming the norm that shows that things have clicked and you are on the right track

Well done you! I have lost 10lb in 5 weeks and feel like I'm losing momentum. Thank you for spurring me on. Smile

Tootsweets, 10lbs in 5 weeks is an average of 2lbs a week which is really good. As they regularly tell us at our meetings, pack a bag with 10lbs of books or whatever in it, and carry it around for a few hours and you'll get a very good sense of what you've achieved so far.
