Oh I don't go any more but I do miss hifi bars. I loved the salted caramel, rocky Road, peanut and chocolate orange ones. Yum!

Chocolate orange. They are my daily chocolate fix and HEB.

Double choc and rocky road are my faves. The lemon meringue and toffee apple are much too sweet for me.

Same tessie although I miss the rhubarb and custard and it was mega sweet. Hoping jam roly poly is good.

Salted caramel is lush. Better even than a mars bar Grin

I don't go anymore as I'm managing fine by myself but u reaaaalllly miss the rocky road bars EnvyI think they should start selling them in a supermarket, or Iceland with the ready meals.

Chocolate orange are awesome but the Salted caramel ones are like a Reece's bar or similar. Soooo good.

Not keen on the toffee apple ones or the new jam rolypoly ones.....

Jam Roly Poly is very nice, could be a bit more jammy though - very custardy. Trialled it at group yday. Will be nice smooshed up into desserts :)

Oh I loved the rhubarb and custard. If it's custardy does that mean the jam roly poly is similar in flavour?

tabulahrasa · 24/01/2016 23:49

I didn't like rhubarb - it had a weird aftertaste...the new one is nice though, it tastes a bit like those yoghurt coated strawberry flakes you get, but custardy.

Mmm. Tempting!
I try to limit my hifi bar consumption as they are so sweet that I just end up gobbling them up, but i think I'll give them a go as a treat.
Maybe putting them in the fridge might slow me down!

This may be the thing that makes me switch from an online member to a group member Shock

I'm SO disappointed with the new hifi bar. Horrible aftertaste.
And it was the only flavour I bought this week.

I love the sweetness in toffee apple so im kinda hoping the roly poly will be a little sickly..these keep me going by replacing the urge to eat sweets that could be high in syns

I like the toffee apple but stopped buying them as I always seemed to have unpopped corn in mine and my teeth were in danger. I usually buy the lemon meringue and chocolate orange. The lemon meringue could do with being a bit tangier. There is a lemon curd recipe doing the rounds in my group this week so might give that a go....

Oh i did that lemon curd for a taster couple yrs ago, group loved it and it was free
