Weigh in for me tonight I'm not looking forward to it, dodgy week combined with really bad swollen period tummy is not a good combination for a loss on the scales!!!
Hi I've finally got started. Had a large skinny latte with sugar free caramel syrup from Starbucks today - I thought some of the milk could be HEXa (am on green plan) does anyone know if this ok and how to syn it?

Feeling really munchy today - usually would snack on free hummus and crudités but it's weigh day tomorrow and I don't want to sabotage my chances of a good loss 😩

Well yesterday I ate out and have no idea of the Syns but I made as many good choices as I could but I would have felt robbed if I didn't have a sauce with my steak.
I feel so bloated and fidgety in my clothes at the moment I am now expecting a gain but we will see.
At work today and forgot my breakfast and lunch at work today so eaten my way through 3 mullers I keep in the work fridge and lots of fruit but I can't wait to get home and eat!
Been off work sick today so feeling a bit sorry for myself and can't be arsed to make what I had planned for dinner (macaroni in cauliflower white sauce with cheese). PLUS I stole a pack of DS's Pom bears (4.5syns) which totally wasn't worth it as I couldn't taste anything!
Think we will have ham, egg and SW chips as DH can make that without messing it up!
Breakfast was porridge and sugar (1syn)
Lunch was lamb casserole, rice and sag aloo (free)
So still on plan thankfully, just a bit lacking in f&v today
B - 3 poached eggs with toast and spread
L - Yogurt and fruit
D - Roast chicken, s/w roast potatoes, broccoli, leeks, peas and gravy
S - Mini twirl
So far today.....
B Fruit&Fibre with milk from allowance and banana. Tea with lemon
L. Homemade soup(sweet potato&butternut squash) with a salad with some leftover tinned salmon mayonnaise the light stuff
S Roast chicken with potatoes, broccoli and beans
So my question is how many syns do you think I have left as I'm going for drinks with the girls later!!!!
Hi i joined slimming world monday..and i have to say im eating what im told but feel like im eating alot..if i lose weight by this mon ill be shocked😂😂 should i cut down or eat small portions
B: Fruit (banana, persimmon, orange) with greek yoghurt and 1tsp honey (1)
L: Morrocan veggie burgers (2) on w/meal roll, hard boiled egg, salad, yoghurt
D: Lamb tagine with rice and pomegranate (2).
Sn: Babybell light cheese (2)
Just checking in - should be weighing in tonight but can't get to class, so will have to be tomorrow night instead.
Hello all - I didn't keep up with the last thread as things were a bit hectic here, but I'm on a bit more of an even keel now. I weighed in last weds at 6.5 down after 2 weeks, which was a bit of a shock. Off to class in a bit and expecting to stay the same due to AF and too many nuts. I didn't have electronic scales so was guesstimating...
Have scales now though. Also, I'm trying to use all my Syns as good fats as I'm ttc and wary of somehow shooting myself in the foot. I'll report back later!
B - banana and two satsumas. Tea milk 0.5 syns.
L - two egg muffins with ham, mushrooms and spring onions. Babybel lights hexa, Pops 4 syns, an apple and some pickled onions.
D - leftover mackerel pâté with celery sticks. Dried apricots hexb and a muller light.
Might have a few syns of choc in a while.
Bad day today , been so ill with a migraine.
Had lunch of mugshot with feta and salad , then was sick and threw it all up so my belly has essentially been empty all day don't know what to try this evening to eat. Just want white toast with loads of butter , or pizza as I'm feeling very sorry for myself, still have a headache.
Weigh in tonight- 2 and a 1/2 pounds down. So I'm delighted with that even more delighted as I'm on day 2 off the cigarettes and haven't replaced them with food (yet...)

L- roast veg and ham, fruit
Syns- 2 sugar, 3 hi fi
I had SW burgers tonight but I couldn't be arsed to make sweet potato wedges so had proper fat oven chips. Measured out 100g (SIX chips, FFS) and that's 5 syns.
Had a giant salad with it, so six giant fat chips was probably enough, if I'm not thinking with my "diet" head on.
Thank you for the quark advice - may buy some next time I'm out shopping and see what I can make with it...

D - Spag Bol (made to be syn free) but with some grated cheese on top (30g cheddar - around 6 syns)
Various cups of tea throughout the day with milk as HExA.

Havent had the best of days and amazed I've managed t stick to plan, twanged my back at the weekend and it's gone again today, was stuck at my boyfs house which is full of food crap, but amazingly managed to stay on plan! Temptation was all around, I am in pain and on meds and still resisted, go me!
B, oats HEXB, muller light, pear, kiwi
L, wholewheat pasta, half a bag of Asda savoury cauli rice, some chilli & spices
T wok noodles 2, other half the bag, chopped ham, chinese 5 spice and soy
Snacks 2x Alpen light 6, an apple, strawberry total 0% 2 - didnt' use my HEXA so been a tad naughty and used the syns for muesli instead. I don't care, it's been a tough day but I did it!!
Re lattes as HEA, I do it. There's an article on SW website members area bout it and it says it's ok to do it - you can check the equivalent syn values on there to pick your size. ...but to look at that if you start to not lose.
Chips - McCain Rustic 3% are 100g for 1.5 syns but can't mind f that was cooked weight or frozen weight now... they are lovely and worth it.
Oooh thank you FoofFighter re chips. We have just finished a bag of waitrose super-chunky chips and DH has asked for something less chunky so I shall have a look for those.
I also have lattes etc as my HEA. When I was doing SW before (and working FT) the only way I could get through my day was with a
bucket of Starbucks. The manager of the branch near my office worked out that if I had skimmed milk and sugar free syrup, my venti 5 shot (I know...) latte worked out as precisely the HEA measure.
