SAS Log

Hi, so the SAS log...

It's a bit un-user friendly isn't it? Isn't there any way to go back to it the previous day and put in what you had since coming off the computer? If not, then shouldn't they really put this on the app? And shouldn't there be a way to view previous days? Am I just mis-understanding the concept for this?

It seems strange that for a plan that encourages food logging so much that there isn't an app for it in this day and age. I know you can just go on line on your phone and input it that way, but that's quite faffy on my phone.

What are all your thoughts on this?

Completely agree. They really need to improve the SW app. I only use it for the food search, and even that is rubbish. You can type in the exact name of the product and it will bring up 30 other products that maybe only have one word in common! Why does it only show 30 products?

When I keep my food log (I don't really do it anymore), I just write it down in Notes or do it by hand.

I haven't used the online one, so I can't help you with what it can or can't do...

But it's not a food log as such, it's a specific tool for finding out where you're having issues and so it is more hassle than a food diary to fill in even with a paper version.

Right, I think I'll just stick to the paper version then!

I do think the app really needs some improvements, why under "recipes" can't you search for recipes?

I'm compiling a list of things I think could improve it which I intend to send back to SW. I hear they take feedback quite well, and hopefully others will have said similar things so they may take that into account on further development.

They do actually reply to emails which is a start! I had a problem with the awards section of the website this week. I got an award but I wasn't able to share it on Facebook because it was loading huge on the page and wouldn't allow me to scroll down. They replied the next day and said they were going to fix it. Not checked yet to see whether they have.
