Ds age 5 asked for chips, beans and carrots for tea!!!

So we had slimming world chips, someone in my group said not to bother peeling the potatoes so I didn't this time and they were so much nicer!!! I still cut them into chips rather than wedges.

They had Richmond sausages and I had quorn low fat, plus beans and carrots for all.

Ds ate his sausages first which was surprising as it was the only thing he'd not asked for, he said the beans tasted too beany

FabFlo.....Google SW beef Stifado and it will come up......

I roasted some chopped butternut squash without peeling it as well. Added it to the beef. Was delicious.
