This is the bit I struggle with most, especially when I am at home. In the 'olden days' I would snack on crisps, maybe chocolate etc. Now I struggle...grapes are just not cutting it any more. What do you snack on if you need to?
Thinking babybel and ryvita, ham, cucumber...
