HE question

I've chosen skimmed milk as my HE-A, so get 350ml. As I only put it in tea, this is a lot!

Can I chose it as a HE every other day, mixed in with cheese and use half of each per day? So I'd get 175 ml of milk and 3 laughing cow triangles a day (I think!). Would that work?

Yes you can

Excellent! I'd rather drink a few fruit teas or black coffee and have the cheese as a snack.
Thanks.

The other thing you can do is weigh a proper portion of cheese or triangles and then count half a syn per cup of tea/ coffee with milk......

Which is what I am going to do this year......

I am new to SW so I thought I'd see how much milk I actually get through. If I don't need it all I'll go on to synning the milk in tea.

I do this myself. I don't drink tea or coffee, so only use milk in my cereal. I use half my allowance for semi-skimmed milk and then have a babybel with my lunch to use the other half.
